It uses flexible metal diaphragms to isolate hydrogen completely from the driving lubrication system during compression. The whole compression process is entirely oil-free with zero hydrogen contamination and excellent airtight performance. It can maintain ultra-high hydrogen purity, mostly applied in scenarios requiring strict gas cleanliness, such as hydrogen refueling stations, semiconductor manufacturing and laboratory precision hydrogen supply.
