What maximum hydrogen purity can the CPH series hydrogen generator achieve?
We offer two standard purity grades. Single-stage metal membrane configuration delivers stable 7N hydrogen (99.99999% purity) from methanol reformer. For ultra-high-end manufacturing requiring ppt-level trace impurities, the dual PSA + membrane secondary purification system produces 9N hydrogen (99.9999999%), fully meeting semiconductor, CVD diamond and optical fiber production strict gas standards for hydrogen production plant and Green Hydrogen Production Plant. The outlet dew point consistently stays below -100°C to eliminate moisture contamination.
Does the CPH hydrogen generator require full-time on-site operators?
Continuous manual supervision is not required. The whole methanol reformer unit runs on intelligent PLC automatic control with remote cloud monitoring, real-time fault alarm and auto safety shutdown protection. Routine periodic preventive maintenance can be completed by customer’s internal engineering staff after our free commissioning training on how does a hydrogen generator work and daily operation of methanol reforming equipment.
Can we customize the hydrogen flow, pressure and layout as per factory conditions?
Yes. We provide fully tailor-made design services for hydrogen gas generator, including adjustable rated flow, customized outlet pressure, cleanroom sealing upgrades, container/skid layout modification and purity grade switching. Our technical team optimizes methanol reformer system configuration matching your actual production load and workshop space limits of hydrogen production plant.
How long does installation and commissioning take?
All CPH hydrogen generator equipment is fully pre-assembled, pressure tested and pre-commissioned inside factory before shipment as integrated skid or ISO container packages. On-site installation only requires utility pipeline connection work, completed within 1–2 weeks for green hydrogen plant construction. Our professional engineers provide full on-site supervision, equipment commissioning and hands-on operation & maintenance training covering methanol steam reforming and reforming methanol technical principles for customer technicians.
What is the operating noise level of the complete unit?
The fully enclosed explosion-proof cabinet and built-in noise reduction structure ensure noise emission lower than 75dbA at 1-meter distance, suitable for cleanrooms, electronic workshops and indoor hydrogen production plant environments.
What is the standard maintenance cycle for the CPH series methanol reformer?
A complete detailed Operation & Maintenance Manual is delivered together with each hydrogen generator unit. Routine visual inspection, filter replacement and parameter calibration are scheduled monthly and quarterly; core catalyst, molecular sieve and metal membrane components only need replacement every several years with long service life for stable methanol reforming operation.
